Automatic Vertical Form Fill and Seal

Rugged and dependable form, fill and seal machines to produce three sided bags (pilow bag) of sealable material. Can be used for bulk products such as grains, nuts, confections, macaroni, coffee…etc., using adjustable cups or electronic scales. Non-free flowing products such as custard, detergents, pharmaceuticals, baking powder, spices…, etc. can be filled using auger. Liquid & cream filling also possible through pumps.

Capacity

Bag sizes up to 220 X 250 mm and product weight up to 1 kg. Larger size upon request.

Production

Production rates up to 60 bags per minute depending on product, feeding device, type of material, accuracy needed and bag size.
